It’s a high-energy, full-body, muscle-toning workout that’s as much fun as it is intense. We suggest sticky socks or barefoot.

A high-intensity open level interval workout that’s performed with a variety of props such as the BOSU, multiple bellicons, and fun creative ways to keep your high energy training fresh. Timed intervals will keep you sweating and consistent with keeping the heart rate up. Be prepared for an intense workout and a community experience. bellicon Circle is a challenging, full-body workout program that targets muscle growth, coordination, and overall physical performance in a completely engaging and highly motivating format. We suggest barefoot or sticky socks.
